For the Blowout Shop in Würzburg, I had the opportunity to design their own skate wheels. Since 1995, the shop has stood for community and togetherness, welcoming everyone no matter their age, size, gender, or background. „United since 1995“ is more than a slogan, it is the spirit that has shaped the shop and the local scene for decades.

In my design, I wanted to capture exactly this spirit. I created a series of illustrated characters that represent the diversity and individuality within skateboarding. Each figure symbolizes a different personality and perspective, showing that skating is not about fitting into one mold but about embracing who you are. Together, they reflect inclusion, creativity, and the unique sense of freedom that comes with the sport.

To emphasize this idea, the wheels are designed in a colorful and vibrant way. The bold palette reflects the energy of skateboarding and the dynamic atmosphere of the community around it. It celebrates skating not just as a sport, but as a cultural expression that brings people together and gives them a sense of belonging.
